Well Done Courtney in Italy, it's lovely to see the photos, looked like you had a good time, hope you enjoyed it!
In case anyone happens to be looking for any, I've got 2 pairs of boots that we really don't need anymore and since it can be quite difficult to get hold of good second hand ones, I thought I'd mention it here and anyone can email me if they're interested.
We've got a pair of boys (ie black) Riedell Boots in about a UK5. They're Riedell 121s and have been a brilliant pair for my brother. They've obviously been used, but not for too long, since his feet have grown very quickly, - they might be a useful bargain for any other boys with equally quick growth!

The other pair is a pair of girls (white) Risport Etoile boots. I wore them for some time, but they got a little too tight and are more suited to free, but I used them for dance for a few years.They are lovely boots and in good condition and it would be good to get them to a lovely new home!

Hope this might be helpful to someone looking for some new boots!
Look forward to seeing you all again at a comp soon!

10:57pm 05-12-2008 David coach: Thank you everyone for working so well as a team at the Moonrakers comp, the skaters really did us proud, it was a shame that our little ones had to cope with competition from skaters who were so much older than them, and who should have moved up in standard. Can we all give Cara our new member a pat on the back for doing so well in her first comp with us as she really had an awful lot of pressure to deal with?

While I am on the subject of pressure, Ryan, I am sure could have won her free comp at the Alumwell free competition on Saturday if there had not been the intimidating pressure from certain individuals who seems to take pleasure out of intimidating and criticising other skaters too, it’s a practice that I for one I hope would never be guilty of.
Thanks again to everyone for making my day at “Moonrakers” so pleasurable.
